We are pleased to publish our latest SEND Local Offer annual feedback report which covers the period September 2021 to August 2022.

All local authorities must publish a ‘local offer’ setting out in one place information about services and support available for children and young people in their area who have special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND).

As a local authority we have a statutory duty to keep our SEND local offer up to date and under review, and we must involve parents, children and young people in this. We must publish comments about our local offer received from or on behalf of children with special educational needs or disabilities, and our response to these comments; including details of any action we intend to take to address them.
