Community Children's Health Partnership (CCHP)

CCHP is a partnership led by Sirona care & health CIC working with Avon & Wiltshire Partnership Mental Health NHS Trust (AWP), University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW), Barnardo’s and Off The Record as partners. Together we provide all of the community child health and child and adolescent mental health services for Bristol and South Gloucestershire. The service is called the Community Children’s Health Partnership (CCHP).

Service user participation is an important part of our service and we are keen to involve children and young people to help us improve the services we offer.

We have over 800 staff in the CCHP including:

  • Community Paediatricians
  • Children’s Therapists
  • Health Visitors
  • School Health Nurses
  • Children’s Mental Health Teams

We also provide a range of more specialised children’s mental health services and services for children with disabilities.
