Breathe Meditation run group and private meditation mindfulness sessions in our lovely tranquil studio in the Chew Valley countryside, Bristol, North Somerset.
Alternatively we can come to you at your place of work or community space to run sessions at your convenience.
Sessions are ran by a qualified British School of Meditation with distinction teacher and techniques are scientifically proven to reduce stress and anxiety, improve concentration and focus, lower blood pressure and heart rate, help with depression, addictions, improve sleep and for improved mental and physical health and wellbeing and relaxation. A wide range of meditation, mindfulness and breathing techniques are taught and put into practice so that the best fit for each individual person can be found enabling a regular practice to be commenced and sustained at home after the session has finished for long term health benefits.
Cost is shown as per a 1.5 hour private 1-1 session at our Chew Valley studio but group sessions @ £10 per person can also be arranged at Breathe meditation studio (minimum 6 people required to book a session) or alternatively we can come to your place of work or community space accommodating larger community groups @ £5 per per person (minimum 15 people required to book a session)
Children can also be accommodated with tailored sessions but do need to be accompanied by an adult/guardian and have parental consent.
