Details: Prior to becoming a childminder I worked in a Resource Base setting linked to a primary school, with children with SEND including SMLD, Speech and language difficulties, behavioural difficulties, medical needs and Autism. I will consider how I would be able to meet every child's individual needs in my home environment.
