Meals in your community

For information about food support and getting enough to eat, please visit the Food Support page of the One You South Gloucestershire website.

There can be a variety of reasons why you might find it difficult to maintain a balanced diet.  You may no longer feel motivated to cook for yourself or feel that eating is more of a social activity. Your health or disability can also make the physical or mental process of preparing a meal more difficult.

There are a number of services within South Gloucestershire that can enable you to have a hot meal.

If you would like to get out in your community, see our transport pages for more information and advice.
